Ginger and Echinaforce Tea

Ginger and Echinaforce Tea

Serves 1

Preparation time approximately 2 minutes

Ingredients:

1 – 2cm Ginger (depending on personal taste) chopped into small pieces
1 ½ – 2 Teaspoons Organic Raw honey
1 Slice of lemon
1 Cup Boiling water
20 drops A.Vogel Echinaforce

Method:

Chop up the ginger into small pieces and place it, along with the honey and lemon slice into a mug. Pour over the boiling water and allow to cool to below 96°C or a drinkable temperature. Add the Echinaforce drops, stir and enjoy.
