Berry Power Smoothie

Serves 2

Preparation time approximately 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 Cups plain yogurt
4 Cups of frozen or fresh berries of your choice
1 Teaspoon of grated ginger
1 Kiwi fruit (optional)
10 Drops of Echinaforce® Drops
2 Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves

Method:

Stir in frozen berries, ginger, yogurt, ice cubes and Echinaforce liquid in a blender. Mix until a frothy texture appears. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
